Ken Mann has 30 years experience as a leader and creative architect of organizational development (OD) programs and organizational change initiatives, including 12 years managing people and budgets up to $4 million. This includes over nine years working with international clients in Europe, Middle East, Asia, India, and the United States. He has significant experience in OD design and management, designing and executing organizational assessments, coaching, reward and recognition program design, and HR communications. He has led and participated in project teams in the energy, finance, manufacturing, consumer products, and high tech industries.
