Ken Mann has over 10 years experience leading organizational change initiatives. During that time, he designed an integrated suite of customizable organizational change solutions that provide the architectural vision, strategic mobilization, and tactical implementation needed to manage the people impacts of rapid technology and process changes. Organizational Alignment

Facilitated creation of a vision, mission, and set of aligned strategies for multiple clients, with performance measures balanced across the spectrum of employee, customer, supplier, community, and investor interests.

Business Transformation

Designed and implemented enterprise-wide business transformation strategies (including SAP, PeopleSoft, and Oracle) for a wide variety of organizations. This work involved executive alignment facilitation, cultural and change readiness assessments, stakeholder communications, education/training, staff planning, and performance measures and rewards strategies.

Holistic Partnerships

Partnered with client Communications, Training, Human Resources, and Information Technology departments, client leadership, and other consulting companies, in the design and delivery of holistic organizational solutions.

Communications

Developed and guided implementation of multiple enterprise-wide communication strategies, to address awareness, self-concerns, involvement, and acceptance of business changes. Also wrote, edited, and coordinated production and delivery of marketing literature, executive presentations, speeches, press releases, proposals, and employee news magazines and newsletters.

Manager/Employee Training

Developed and delivered classroom and web-based training for managers and employees in customer satisfaction improvement techniques, effective teamwork, communications, project management, using emotional intelligence, and conflict management, in addition to developing training curriculums for a wide variety of software and process changes.

Program / Project Management

Coordinated organizational readiness and communication activities in establishing and running Program Management Offices encompassing 2 to 14 mission-critical projects.
